Shipping & Delivery

The orders are usually shipped from our facility after 7 business days. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods.

Please note that due to extremely high volume during this period you may experience delays in responses from our Customer Experience team. Please allow up to 72hrs for a response. We are committed to responding to each and every customer as promptly as we can!

If you placed your order during peak season or before major festivals (e.g., Valentine’s Day), please allow up to 7 business days for your order to process.

The estimated delivery time displayed on the checkout page doesn't include the preparation time to dispatch.

As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with the Tracking Number to track the delivery.

There are occasions that the delivery may take a bit longer. Please refer to the estimation that is displayed on the tracking page of the courier service

We offer worldwide free shipping. Delivery time is not guaranteed for Standard Shipping as there are lot of factor affecting its speed and thus we would suggest Express Shipping if there is a date that you would like to meet.

Our delivery times with standard shipping may vary. For standard shipping, orders will be delivered by the national postal service of the destination location. These delivery times are estimated and you will always find applicable delivery times in the checkout once placing the order.

When your package has been shipped and you receive your shipping confirmation email.

*The above are estimated time required by the postal service and does not include the processing time of the Customs in the destination location. In some cases the local Customs office of your destination location may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay on the delivery.

Some postal services will deliver your item to your door, porch and/or mailbox. We will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if your parcel is left at an unattended address. There may be exceptions that door-to-door delivery service is not provided in particular cities/areas/countries, though this is rare.
